We celebrated International Womens Day and Comic Relief Day

We started this week by celebrating International Women's Day as part of our Understanding the World  EYFS objective. Children were looking at the roles of men and women in our society. Some thought about jobs which they could do and others looked at how the rights of women have changed over time. We all loved learning about some inspirational women!

This week, we also celebrated Sport Relief here. The children participated in mini activities in the playroom throughout the day and our EYFS children were very enthusiastic about participation in the activities, which was brilliant. The children all looked very sporty and comfy in their sports clothing today! Thank you to everyone who donated towards Sport Relief, we will announce the final total next week so watch this space.
